Frequently Asked Questions

What methods of payment are accepted?

Upon completion of the cleaning session and inspection of the property the preferable payment method is in cash. Else, customers can pay by bank transfer, which should be arranged in advance, if they are not able to be present in the property on the day of the cleaning and they have ensured access to the premises otherwise. As far as corporate clients are concerned, payments via Invoice, business and company checks are also accepted.

Am I supposed to be at home at the time of the cleaning?

This depends on you. If you book regular domestic cleaning services, you must be in the property the first time so that you can talk to your operatives about the cleaning you need and show them around the flat or house. After that you don’t have to be present in the property, provided that your give the maid a set of keys which they will use to access the premises on the scheduled days.

For other types of cleaning, just leave a key in a place you know is safe and tell us where you hid it. We’ll take it and perform the cleaning. Another way to provide access to your property is to give the key to real estate or a letting agency that is entrusted to take care of the premises. We will collect the key from them. What matters is that you return home upon completion of the task to arrange the payment and inspect the premises.
